Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a dynamic team focused on superior client service
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and independent financial advisers
• Empower clients to make well-informed investment decisions
• Process client transactions and provide administrative support for retail investments
• Ensure timely processing of incoming instructions within set timeframes and regulatory requirements
• Interact with clients and advisers to provide transaction updates
• Follow up on pending instructions to ensure completion
• Maintain a high standard of service excellence in all operations

Qualifications

• Final year students currently completing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce or Business Science, with majors in, but not limited to, Finance, Economics, Investments, Mathematics, Statistics and Business Management
• Strong, consistent academic track record across matric and university
• Students who are eligible to work in South Africa and start their career between December 2025 and February 2026
